Using glass and exposed concrete The LG Arts Center, designed by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando, known for his simple yet strong architecture, has moved from its original location in Yeoksam-dong to Magok-dong and has reopened today (October 13). The newly opened LG Arts Center consists of three floors, including an outdoor walking path, a 1,300-seat performance hall, a small exhibition space featuring Tadao Ando's representative works, a rooftop with a panoramic view of the city, and an 80m-long tunnel that provides visual stimulation. There is also a cafe type that presents a sensory space and branding. From the exterior to the interior, the building's unique exposed concrete technique is used to create a simple yet magnificent architectural beauty. LG Arts Center will hold an opening festival consisting of a total of 15 performances until December 18. It will feature performances by leading Korean artists such as Lee Eun-gyeol, Park Jung-hyun, and the National Symphony Orchestra.
