I visited Coffee & Cigarette near Seoul City Hall Station with a great view. I went there around sunset, and it was a unique charm that the cafe didn't turn on the lights at night and instead operated with mood lighting. It was located on a high floor, so it was good to go and enjoy the night view. The cafe has a great atmosphere and the coffee is delicious, so I recommend it as a cafe with a great view! #CafeWithAGreatView
