It boasts the best views of the Bund and Pudong skyline in all of Shanghai. As Regent's intended global flagship, this stunningly reborn tranquil retreat filled me with great anticipation. Online reviews were mixed, but I ultimately came to experience the Seagull Suite with its views of the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower. 🛏 The design of the guest rooms and suites reflects the refined taste of Shanghai-style living, blending old Shanghai charm with modern comfort, balancing functionality and aesthetics. The innovative layout of the deluxe rooms places the bathtub by the window, allowing you to soak and sip drinks against the backdrop of the riverside nightscape—a fusion of Shanghai aesthetics and French lifestyle. The wellness space returns to a natural sanctuary, like a waterlight garden, offering tranquility and resilience amidst the city's poetic romance. 🍽 Dining & Cuisine ▪️ HARMONIA Embroidery: An open kitchen showcasing a variety of delicious dishes ▪️ CONDÉ Bar: Enjoy signature cocktails with friends while admiring the magnificent Shanghai skyline, immersing in a tipsy romantic evening ▪️ CONDÉ Boutique: A patisserie next to the hotel lobby offering handcrafted baked desserts. 💎 The hotel is located just past Waibaidu Bridge, next to the Russian Consulate, with North Bund just beyond. It sits right by the Huangpu River, facing Lujiazui, offering unobstructed views of the "Three Giants." The location is reminiscent of The Regent Hong Kong. River-facing rooms provide views of the Huangpu River, Lujiazui, the Bund, and even landmarks like Waibaidu Bridge. Each room features a small triangular balcony, perfect for stepping out to snap photos.
