Just came back from the upgraded Sun Island Water Park and the aftertaste is too strong!

Took the kids to Sun Island Water Park over the weekend, and I must say, the upgraded version is absolutely amazing! The beach swimming area is inside the resort hotel. Parking costs ¥6/hour with a ¥30 daily cap. Limited spaces available, so arrive early! 🕙 Operating Hours: May 31-June 30 & Sept 8-14: Mon-Thu 10:00-16:30, Fri-Sun 10:00-18:30 July 1-Sept 7: Daily 10:00-20:00 ❤ Must-Try Attractions: ✔️ Cold Spring Zone: More like a hot spring zone in the afternoon! Features two infinity pools (great for photos), Japanese-style sacred wood pools, traditional therapy pools, and a shaded kids' pool with floating balls - perfect for midday sun. ✔️ White Sand Beach & Wave Pool: Right at the entrance with lounge chairs available. Waves generated every 30 minutes 🌊. ✔️ Rainbow Surf Slide: For children over 1.4m tall - thrilling but requires caution. ✔️ Sunshine Splash Cove: Playground with slides perfect for toddlers. ✔️ Outdoor Infinity Pool: Deeper water with slides, better for older kids. ✔️ Fantasy Rainforest Drift: Super fun! 170m rainforest drift channel + 53m central pool. We rode this three times using rafts or floaties. ✔️ Mysterious Amazon Cave & Waterfall: 710㎡ simulated rainforest cave with 5 waterfall features - incredibly refreshing! ✔️ Missed the sea lion show, but there's also an indoor pool (better for adults/teens). 📝 Parent Tips: ✔️ Essentials: Swimwear, floaties, sand toys, water guns, flip-flops, sunscreen, waterproof phone case, and a change of clothes. Sun protection is crucial! ✔️ Only one snack bar inside - bring food or order delivery (yes, they allow it!). ✔️ Arrive early for smaller crowds. Visit the shaded Cold Spring Zone at noon. ✔️ Large floaties available for rent with free inflation service. ✔️ Lockers require deposit. Free amenities include showers, changing rooms, toiletries, and hair dryers.
