Yunnan Travel | Shangri-La & Lijiang for CNY 900 per person! With travel tips

✈️: We bought a direct flight from Shenzhen to Sanyi, which was a bit expensive at CNY 900. You can choose to go during the off-season, which will be CNY 300–400 cheaper. We spent CNY 1,800 on round-trip tickets alone... So most of our budget was spent on flights. - ⚠️Must-have items: 👔: 2 sets of daily clothes + 1 set of pajamas (1 set of warm clothes), scarf, hat, gloves 👟: Snow boots 💄: Be sure to wrap it in plastic wrap, or it will leak. My eyeliner leaked all over me. 💊: We only brought ibuprofen and digestive tablets. Altitude sickness affects everyone differently. ✅: Chocolate (we ate it every day), camera, tripod, charger, power bank, hair powder - 📝Itinerary: Shangri-La 🕑November 30 🏠We stayed at Napa Sea for 2 nights. - ‼Itinerary details: 1️⃣After getting off the plane, take the high-speed train from Lijiang Station to Shangri-La for CNY 63. Take a taxi to the Shanhaiyu Homestay to check in and rest. 2️⃣Go to Dukezong Ancient Town to rent a car and take photos. We rented a car for 1 day for CNY 153. In the evening, we went to Yangzhen Annam Butter Tea House, which was good and affordable. - 🕑December 1 ‼Itinerary details: 1️⃣Drive to the ancient town at 10:00 and try on Tibetan clothes and makeup. We tried on Tibetan clothes at Zangdian in the ancient town for CNY 128 per person. We only did makeup, and took the photos ourselves (the benefit of bringing a camera). 2️⃣Depart for Dajingfan at 12:00. Tickets are CNY 9. A must-see! Take lots of photos and be sure to take the popular video. 3️⃣Depart for Napa Sea at 14:00. You can stop to take photos of the scenery along the way. We recommend going to Black Bean Coffee to take photos. You need to buy a cup of coffee to enter, which costs about CNY 80. You can hold a lamb next to the homestay for CNY 20/10h. 4️⃣Return to Dukezong Ancient Town at 19:00 to see the night view and return the Tibetan clothes. In the evening, we had yak hot pot in the ancient town. I personally didn't like it, so I don't recommend it. After dinner, you can go see the giant prayer wheel. - ⏰: December 2–4 📝Itinerary: Lijiang - 🕑December 2 Shangri-La Meili Snow Mountain Sunrise 🌅 (depends on the weather) Group fee: CNY 150 per person ‼Itinerary details: Depart at around 3:10 am and arrive at the viewing platform at 6:00 am. 1️⃣Return at around 7:30 am. Pass by Baima Snow Mountain Viewing Platform, Jinsha River Bend, Red Army Long March Bridge, and Napa Sea Viewing Platform. Follow the driver the whole way. - 🕑December 3 Lijiang ‼Itinerary details: Check out early on December 2. You can leave your luggage at the front desk. ✔️Go to Yulong Snow Mountain. We didn't buy tickets online, but you can buy them on-site during the off-season. ✔️We only went to Spruce Meadow and Blue Moon Valley.
