【Yamaguchi Travel】A Super Affordable Lunch

While traveling in Yamaguchi and visiting Shimonoseki City, I noticed a banner for a weekday lunch special on the way to sightseeing at Tsunoshima. Feeling hungry, I decided to give it a try 🥰 ────────────── ▶︎ Weekday-Only Daily Lunch Special…1,300 yen ────────────── ・Today's Dish (Fish or Meat) ・Sashimi ・Three Small Side Dishes ・Gratin ・Chawanmushi (Steamed Egg Custard) ・Tempura ・Rice, Miso Soup, Pickles ・Dessert, Drink Although each portion was small, the variety of dishes, including dessert and a drink, made it incredibly affordable ♡ Today's dishes were: ・Simmered Sardines ・Sweet and Sour Chicken We ordered both and shared them.
