smiling faces of Brahma, Bayon Temple

The beauty of this temple is the multiple smiling faces of Brahma. Bayon temple served as the state temple of King Jayavarman VII and stands as the only Buddhist temple constructed by the Angkor (or Khmer) Empire. Love the beautiful clean roads that lead to the temples all around the complex. Beware of notorious monkeys, we were safe and only a few decided to entertain tourists. The surrounding area of the temple is so beautiful, especially this one stand alone tree. Loved this temple.
