Staycation at ParkRoyal Pickering Hotel

Super good stay in the hotel, although the pool is always fully booked, the pool assistant is super kind to do his best. I have to give the biggest thumbs up to the concierge, make an additional effort to assist when the room is not ready. Overall, we had the best hotel experience at ParkRoyal Pickering, for a few reasons. The location gave us access to many areas like Bugis, MBS downtown and Clarke Quay. The rooms were huge and clean and on top of that, I felt the highlight of the stay was the service staff. They had extremely helpful and polite service staff who greeted you so warmly everytime you left the hotel or came back after a day out. They responded to our room-service requests very promptly and the uncles at the front entrance were always polite and courteous to their guests.
