✈️ I’m not a fan of long flights or living out of a suitcase — so I tried something new: Boarded in Singapore, stayed in one room, and woke up in a different country every day. 🌏🛳️ Ovation of the Seas is back in Asia from April 2025, and honestly? It’s the easiest trip I’ve taken. What’s onboard? • 🛰️ North Star capsule for full 360° ocean views • 🎭 Two70° theater with wraparound shows • 🌀 Skydiving simulator & surf pool (didn’t try, fun to watch though) • 🍣 18+ restaurants — I kept rotating between steakhouse, buffet & dumpling bar • 🌅 My fav part: sunset drinks + quiet walks on deck You can stay active 24/7 or do absolutely nothing. I did a mix of both. Routes I considered (all round-trip from Singapore): 1️⃣ 4D3N – Singapore → Penang → Singapore 2️⃣ 5D4N – Penang + Phuket 3️⃣ 9D8N – Surabaya, Bali, Lombok 4️⃣ 15D14N – ends in Japan (Yokohama) — the slow travel dream ✅ No flights ✅ No hotel check-ins ✅ Just unpack once and enjoy the sea I saw couples, big families, solo travelers — it really works for anyone. And the ship’s big enough that you can always find your own quiet spot. 📍Best part? The journey feels like part of the destination.
