Stroll around Marina Bay and watch the Merlion spray water.

When it comes to Singapore…everyone must think of the water-spraying lion “Merlion”, right? We didn’t miss it either! This trip, we decided to check in at Merlion Park, a national landmark that every first-time visitor must stop by. The atmosphere by the water is great. You can walk comfortably along Marina Bay. The morning air is cool with a gentle breeze, perfect for sipping coffee, taking photos, and chilling out while enjoying the view on the opposite side with the Marina Bay Sands building standing tall. It’s a picture that makes you say “wow!” without any editing. The real Merlion is bigger than you think! It stands and sprays water elegantly. There are so many people taking pictures. But because it’s a large area, you can still walk comfortably without it being crowded. There are many angles for taking photos. You can take a photo with Merlion and MBS in the back, or turn your back on the lion and take a photo of the bay. Every shot is beautiful. In the evening, if you’re still around, don’t forget to watch the Spectra Light Show from Marina Bay Sands. You can see it clearly from Merlion Park. The light reflecting on the water is so beautiful that you’ll have to take a video without realizing it. Overall, this is one of our favorite spots in Singapore. It’s simple but full of charm and a real “Singaporean” feel.
