Regent Singapore

Thanks to Tripblazer, I can have birthday celebration at Regent Singapore. This is the most basic but comfortable room. It's not too small or big. When I reached by 3.30pm, I was greeted by cheerful and smiley receptionist. I can see that she serve with heart but too bad didn't capture her name. The room shower head spoiled but technician came over to fix it. Asked for additional amenities and it came! However, need to wait for quite long. Service here is a bit slow but okay, maybe due to lack of manpower. Indicated that I want to celebrate birthday and they provide surprise & sweet note.
