O'Brew Culture Address - 10 Tampines Central 1, #02-K02, Singapore 529536 Ambiance/Facilities - Quiet and alwaus have some spare tables around Highlights - Dalgona coffee Avg. Price per Person - $5 Rating - 4/5 O'Brew Culture is a quiet cafe at level 2 at the side of the railings. Easy to be miss as they are at a small area only. But to my surprise, not only do they sells the normal cafe kind of drinks, small cakes, cookies. They even some a small selection of savory food. They were also one of the few to start the dalgona coffee that was famous during our circuit breakers period. #mustvisit #singapore #foodies #cafe
