Stay at the seaside resort near Barcelona: Port Sitges Hotel

Sitges is a famous resort near Barcelona, known for its blue coast and nudist beaches. It is also the venue for the Fantasy Film Festival, attracting many tourists every year. It is quite suitable for a two-day, one-night trip. This time, I chose to stay at Port Sitges Hotel, located at the marina. The biggest selling point is the spectacular view of the yachts docked at the port. The sea view double room is about 20 square meters, which is not very large, but it has a terrace with a direct view of the pool, offering a good view. The room rate includes breakfast, and the price varies significantly between the off-season and peak season, ranging from €52 to €167. The hotel is located in a quieter area of the marina, within walking distance to the streets. Walking by the sea is quite pleasant. However, the downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the train station. Dragging luggage on the uneven cobblestone road can be quite painful, so it is better to take a taxi.
