Isungdang Bakery

🍁I visited the Isungdang Bakery located in the basement of Lotte Department Store in Jamsil. Since it's such a famous place, I went with high expectations, and as expected, the taste truly reflected its long-standing tradition. The items I purchased were the vegetable bread, red bean bread, and coffee bun. Each of them had its own unique charm, and I was thoroughly satisfied with all three.🌳 First, the vegetable bread was filled with a generous amount of ingredients like potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and ham inside the moist bread, making it a perfect choice for a meal. Its savory and soft flavor kept me reaching for more.🦋 The red bean bread, as the signature item of Isungdang, had a very smooth red bean filling that wasn’t overly sweet, making it easy to enjoy. The red beans were cooked to a perfect texture, retaining their shape while being soft, which would be ideal for those who appreciate traditional flavors.🌺 Lastly, the coffee bun had a rich, sweet coffee aroma, with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. It paired wonderfully with a cup of coffee and was highly satisfying as a dessert.🍃
