[Sejong Special Self-Governing City, Korea] Popular Cafe Ujae

#AbsolutelyFreeTrip Today I went to a popular cafe with a bakery attached. This cafe boasts the most reviews in the area, so I was quite excited before visiting. However, the road to the cafe is a little narrow, so it may be a little difficult for those who are not used to driving. When you enter the shop, the space on the right side is lined with simple tables and chairs, creating a calm atmosphere. On the other hand, the space on the left side has unique furniture with a high level of design, creating a unique space. I sat at a window seat, and I was able to see the river called "Baekcheon (White River)" through the glass, which was very soothing. This river apparently merges with the "Geumgang River," and one of the charms of this cafe is that you can feel a connection with nature. I ordered a "vanilla cream latte" as recommended by the shop owner. Since I visited after lunch, I chose a light "salt bread" for bread. ・ The vanilla cream latte was very delicious, with the sweetness and smoothness of the fluffy vanilla cream perfectly matching the coffee. The salted bread was crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, creating a great contrast in texture. In addition, we were given a complimentary "Azuki Mochi Bread". The texture of the azuki beans and mochi was exquisite, and the gentle taste made me smile. Overall, it was a very satisfying cafe experience.
