#seoulspots Jeju Island Life Brunch🤎 If you want to enjoy brunch in Jeju Island, and a proper brunch, You must visit 'Wei'!! I looked forward to it since I was planning my trip to Jeju Island and it exceeded my expectations!!👍🏻 Even though it was open run, there was a line behind me, and as soon as it opened, the seats were full!! If you want to sit at a good spot, I recommend open run ㅎㅎ If you sit at the bar with a large window, you can eat while looking at the ocean and Sanbangsan Mountain view🩵 The brunch menu was so diverse that it was really hard to choose, but I ordered French toast, egg mushroom open sandwich, and buckwheat cream & buckwheat chocolate for dessert!! The French toast was moist and delicious, as expected and the fruit toppings that change with the season were so good!! Egg mushroom open sandwich was my number one pick but it was so delicious that I couldn't take a video after eating it,,,,🤣 Even my dad who doesn't like mushrooms that much said it was delicious and ate it all up The sauces weren't too strong and harmonized with the mushroom flavor in my mouth The mushrooms were really fresh and plump so it was so delicious!! I highly recommend it👍🏻👍🏻 The buckwheat cream & buckwheat chocolate I ordered for dessert is a dessert made with a croissant in a cube shape!! The cute transformation of the croissant was amazing but I ordered it because I was curious about the taste of the buckwheat cream and buckwheat chocolate!! Buckwheat had a rich flavor, and the cream and chocolate were not greasy, so they went really well with the crunchy texture of the croissant🤎 On top of the cold brew concentrate called Blanc Noir, which you can only taste here, the coffee with thick homemade whipped cream caught my attention from the performance, and of course the taste👍🏻 The cream was really soft and didn't interfere with the coffee taste at all, so it was amazing and delicious!! 📍Location: 12, Sinhwayeoksa-ro 682beon-gil, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju, south Korea. ⏰Business hours Mon ~ Sun 10:00 - 21:00 (Last order 19:40)
