Wales or the Caribbean

The British seaside is one that is often ridiculed with ideas of windbreakers on Blackpool beach. Pembrokeshire national park is littered with beaches that confound this stereotype, none more than Barafundle bay. After walking the 20 minute stretch over fields and cliffs you gain your first site of this fantastic bay, the walk itself is not particularly difficult but its sheer existence means that the beach is never truly busy and within its wide expanse you can pretty much guarantee yourself a secluded spot. One word of warning, despite looking tropical, remember this is still Wales and the water temperature is NOT warm at all. #beach #wales #pembrokeshire
