Magnificent experience at Uetliberg in Zurich

I recently visited Zurich and stayed at the Tukulm Hotel. This hotel is located at Uetliberg 652, on the Uetliberg mountain. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were mesmerized by the beautiful scenery here. From the mountain, we could overlook the city of Zurich and the Alps in the distance, as if they had walked out of a painting. The location of the hotel is superb, but I have to remind everyone that it does take some energy to get from the parking lot to the hotel, and it takes 7-10 minutes of uphill walking. A more convenient way is to take the train from the parking lot up the mountain, which takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is decorated in a modern style and the receptionist at check-in was very friendly. Although the hotel's facilities are relatively simple, they have everything they need, such as the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are compact and some have small windows, but the view is so beautiful that you can't help but stare at it. After checking in, I found that the room was spacious and comfortable, and the mattress was very soft. It is indeed a high-quality hotel. Although there is no air conditioning, the mountain breeze blowing in is very cool when the windows are opened. The facilities in the room are complete, especially the modern bathroom, which gives people a very warm feeling. However, some rooms only provide one pillow, so remember to ask the front desk for an extra one. Let's talk about the surrounding highlights. If you like to eat, there are several good restaurants nearby, such as Schweizerhof Bar, Iberia Tapas, and Restaurant La Soupière, which are all worth a try. You can take a walk along the picturesque trails or simply take the train to the city center, which is very convenient. In addition, the hotel's catering is not to be underestimated, the breakfast is great! Highly recommend trying their breakfast buffet. Of course, there are shortcomings everywhere. For example, this hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk service, so friends who come home late should be careful. Another minor downside is that some rooms don't have air conditioning, which can be a little warm in the summer. If you bring a large luggage, climbing the slope for a few minutes is indeed a bit tiring. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. Despite some minor flaws, the beauty and friendly atmosphere more than made up for them. If you are also planning to visit Zurich, you must not miss this charming hotel!
