Charming Suzhou, a Stylish and Fantastic Journey at W Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Suzhou, where I experienced a stylish and fantastic stay. Location and Exterior The W Suzhou is located in Building 7 of Suzhou Center, adjacent to Jinji Lake. The hotel's exterior is like a dazzling floating work of art, offering a modern interpretation of Suzhou's architecture and traditional culture with playful glass, lighting, and other fantastic elements. Lobby and Public Areas Stepping into the hotel lobby, you'll find the lively WOOBAR on the left. In the evening, a female DJ plays dynamic music, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The lobby has a unique design style, and the circular washbasin mirrors and lighting in the restrooms are eye-catching, full of fashion and futuristic vibes. Room Experience I booked a basic twin room, and the receptionist kindly adjusted the room to a high floor on the 20th floor. Upon entering the room, there are two wardrobes with a mirror in between on the left, and the bathroom and shower room on the right. The bedroom is spacious, and the two large beds do not feel crowded. There is also a hanging chair and a small desk. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathrobe is made of soft and smooth fabric. Even the basic room type is equipped with a bathtub, with bath salts next to it. A major highlight of the room is the view from the window, which directly overlooks Suzhou Center and Jinji Lake. The minibar is hidden under the TV table, offering a variety of drinks and snacks, but all are chargeable. The room is also equipped with interesting items such as eye masks and magic sieves, full of the W Hotel's characteristics. Dining Experience The hotel has a wide range of dining options. The dishes at the SU YAN restaurant are impressive. The head chef here is the chief disciple of Wang Yong, the head chef of Jinsha Hall at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake. The "Three Pieces" of the restaurant are made of high-end ingredients, and the overall style of the menu is refreshing. The dessert "Tea Jelly" uses water shield to imitate the effect of green tea, which is very creative. The All Day Dining Restaurant offers an international buffet, allowing guests to fully experience the food and colorful social experiences. WOOBAR is not only a good place to drink and chat, but also offers casual snacks during the day. Hotel Facilities The hotel's AWAY Spa exudes a futuristic style, offering a range of treatments such as eye care, facials, and massages to rejuvenate the body and mind. The FIT gym is fully equipped, and the WET swimming pool has a beautiful environment, allowing guests to relieve fatigue in a natural and harmonious atmosphere. My stay at the W Suzhou was fantastic. Whether it was the unique design style, the attentive service, or the rich dining options and comprehensive facilities, it left a deep impression on me and allowed me to spend an unforgettable time in this beautiful city of Suzhou.
