Fussen

It's a small town about 10 minutes from Neuschwanstein Castle. It's very easy to get to the castle, and it's a quiet town where it's very comfortable to spend time. It's also surrounded by nature, so it's a great place to visit after seeing the castle, or you can stay the night. It takes about 2.5 hours to get there from Munich. On the way there, I saw some wild animals from the train, so it was a very fulfilling trip. The hotel where I stayed was also very clean and friendly. I checked in early, but they accepted it without any hesitation and even upgraded my room.
