A small cafe near Townhall CBD

the name of this cafe is WORLD Cafe and bar. The cafe has both breakfast and lunch menu. Although their name said they are also Bar but I don't think I have seen them open late. All maybe because on the day that I pass by, they are not open. Their coffee was quite good, and I love the latte art. They have both inside and outside seats, and right now, Sydney is in spring.
