Sukhothai is an ancient capital of Thailand with a long history. The name Sukhothai means 'Dawn of Happiness'. The restaurant has a modern environment with a strong Thai ambiance, and the dishes are prepared by Thai chefs, blending traditional Thai cuisine with a modern touch! I haven't visited Sukhothai this year, so I took the opportunity to revisit while the renowned Thai chef Jimmy is in charge ❤️ Dining with three people, we ordered our favorites: Golden Curry Seafood, Charcoal Grilled Matsusaka Pork, Lemongrass Chicken Wings, and Stir-fried Green Beans with Fish Sauce. We also tried Thai Crab Omelette, Stir-fried Minced Pork with Basil, and Crispy Soft Shell Crab. The food was as delicious as always, truly a rice thief 🥰 Don't miss the desserts after the meal, although the recipe for the 'Momo Cha Cha' seems to have changed! I preferred last year's version 💞 Gourmet Card offers a 33% discount for three people. Saturday dinner seems to be fully booked!
