Golden Heung Pork Knuckle Cold Noodles

This pig's trotter doesn't look very good. It's cut into small pieces and doesn't look very good. The color is not black gold either. The seemingly light marinade is shining on the outside of the pig skin. You will know why the boss cuts it like this as soon as you put it in your mouth. It's just the right size in one bite. The lean meat part of the pig's trotter is so tender, smooth and not dry, and the marinade is sticky in your mouth. It's so delicious. The skin is also perfect, fat but not greasy and very smooth.
