The shop is small but very clean, and I appreciate how they clearly list all the rules and restrictions. The pork floss and egg toast, as well as the honey-glazed chicken leg and egg toast, arrived at the table looking neat and tidy. The grilled sandwiches were cut cleanly, and the toast was perfectly grilled—crispy with a hint of charred aroma but not overly dry or hard. The vegetables inside were fresh and crunchy, the pork floss had a good texture without being overly powdery, and the chicken leg was tender. However, I personally found the overall flavor to be a bit mild. The sunny-side-up egg was cooked wonderfully—great job, chef! The yolk was perfectly half-cooked, and the egg white had that soft texture unique to half-cooked eggs. Starting the day with a sunny-side-up egg is always delightful.
