The sky and water are one color, peaceful and tranquil - Wild Duck Lake in Heshun Ancient Town

Xu Xiake once said that Heshun is the place in Yunnan that is most like the Jiangnan region. I guess this is the feeling I had after visiting Wild Duck Lake. The tourist attractions in Heshun Ancient Town can be divided into three main parts. The first is the ancient streets and alleys, mainly around Xiaocai Street. There are no dead ends in Heshun, so you can go anywhere. The second is the cultural relics such as the Heshun Library and the Eight Great Ancestral Halls. The third is the Wild Duck Lake. You must appreciate Wild Duck Lake slowly, preferably around 4 or 5 p.m. when the light is best, and then start from the side facing the light and slowly walk around the lake. The water and the sky are one color, it is quiet and peaceful. The sky and the lake are especially blue. The environment and the mood become quiet together. It is really healing!
