Asakusa Kannon Temple or Senso-ji Temple is a temple located in Asakusa, the oldest in Tokyo. It was built to worship the Bodhisattva Guan Yin. It is notable for its large red lanterns, which are prominent at the entrance to the temple. It is a popular spot for tourists to take pictures. After passing through, you will find Kamise Street, which you will have to walk through to the main building. There are many things to buy on both sides of the road. Before reaching the main building, you will have to shop for an hour before you can worship. Sensoji Temple The temple grounds are open to visitors at all times.
