Shoin Shrine

5 minutes walk from Shoinjinjamae Station on the Tokyu Setagaya Line I went to Shoinjinja Shrine! As you walk through the shopping street right next to the station, you will see the shrine's torii gate. It seems that many people come for shrine visits and Shichigosan, so it was crowded today as well. To the right of the shrine grounds is a reproduction of the Shokasonjuku school, a great place for history lovers. To the left of the grounds is a building where you can buy amulets and votive plaques. There is also a parking lot and a large park next to the shrine. The shopping street leading to the shrine also has a variety of stylish cafes and delicious looking restaurants, so it is highly recommended for a stroll! #shrine #history
