[Roppongi/Nogizaka] Delicious Obanzai restaurant

This obanzai restaurant uses whitebait in almost all of its dishes. There is mostly counter seating, with only one table seat. I ordered the Satisfaction Course (5,900 yen) and several dishes a la carte. Course •Eggplant potage •Shirasu as it is •5 Obanzai dishes ①Carrot and crystal pomelo sala ②Fried eggplant in soy sauce ③Turnip leaf dried baby sardines ④Abura-tame itadori ⑤Fry in bamboo •Slightly marinated sardines in vinegar •Seared bonito (and lotus root stalks) •Shirasu and cod roe ajillo •Pork belly and whitebait •Forbidden whitebait butter rice bowl (4 ways to eat) •Whitebait soup •Hojicha A la carte •Horse mackerel fry •Grilled small sardine tempura & samaki Everything was delicious, but I especially liked the seared bonito, the fried horse mackerel, and the whitebait butter rice bowl. I thought pouring dashi stock = like ochazuke, and I didn't like it, but it was just a little bit. The Echire butter melted in the heat of the rice, and then a little dashi was poured on top, which was absolutely delicious. They also have a wide selection of alcohol, mainly from Kochi.
