[Shimizu Ogiinari Shrine/Tokyo] A simple shrine located near the Kanda River

Shimizu Ogiinari Shrine in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 In 1466, the shrine building that was located in Ogigadani, Kamakura, was damaged by a flood. It was temporarily moved to a site owned by shrine official Tarobei in Shimizu Village, Toyoshima County, Bushu. It was then called Shimizu Ogiinari Daimyojin. The shrine building was burned down in war damage. The festivals were no longer held after the war, but it was rebuilt and renovated again around 1975. The shrine grounds are devoid of any vegetation, surrounded by stone walls, with only two torii gates and a small shrine. The entrance was also closed and it was impossible to enter. It feels a bit lonely.
