Haneda's T1, T2, and T3 all have free observation decks. Take the elevator from the check-in hall to the 6th floor, then walk to the outdoor deck. - ✅The T1 observation deck offers views of planes and Mount Fuji, as shown in photo 5. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't clear enough when I visited, so I could only see it faintly. ✅The T2 observation deck offers views of planes, downtown Tokyo, and Tokyo Skytree, making it a great photo spot. ✅The T3 observation deck offers views of colorful international flights. - ⏰The observation decks are open to the public, with food and drinks available, so you don't need to sneak around. Bring a telephoto lens for photos. I used a 70-200mm lens, which didn't need cropping for Tokyo Skytree, but may need cropping for Mount Fuji.
