Enjoy high-end cheesecake at Gakugeidaigaku in Tokyo

It's time for cheesecake again. For me, the combination of coffee and cheesecake is just right, like apples and cinnamon 😎. Judging from the queue, this shop's cheesecake seems to be a pretty popular Instagram spot. My friend and I waited in the cold wind for about 20 minutes (while waiting, I was praying in my heart that they wouldn't disappoint us). I ordered the banana caramel cheesecake, and my friend chose the limited edition pudding because of her preference for pudding. I couldn't forget the black sesame cheesecake from last time, so I thought this cheesecake was more interesting in texture than taste. The banana in the cake was just the right ripeness, soft and chewy. I took a bite of my friend's pudding and found the layers of the pudding to be more interesting. The top layer was pumpkin pudding, and the bottom layer was caramel pudding, which is more fluffy like a cake than a traditional pudding. In the kitchen behind the register, the owner (maybe) was busy making cakes, and when I saw the photos on Instagram, he was quite handsome. All the staff were wearing white coats, and my friend said they looked like researchers.
