I ate while watching the chef cook at the tachisho, and the quiet yet gentle atmosphere was perfect for a special evening during my trip. --- 🍣 Course composition that calls for alcohol ✔️ Salad & Chawanmushi Refreshing seaweed salad that whets your appetite and Chawanmushi that warms your stomach. ✔️ Aged sashimi Well-aged sashimi is full of savory flavor! However, it was a shame that the food came out a little too fast. ✔️ Minced tuna sushi The harmony of oily road and rice, It melts in your mouth, and it's a great feeling. ✔️ Tempura Crispy fried food that brings out the original flavor of ingredients such as shrimp, zucchini, and eggplant. It was clean without being greasy. ✔️ Assorted sushi The types are vague... But 'uni' is impressive enough to be remembered strongly! ✔️ Simmered fish and tofu Salty and sweet soy sauce base It felt like a snack that calls for alcohol, it was really the best. ✔️ Kimbap The only disappointing menu that day.
