Located just a short walk from Ueno Station, the National Museum of Nature and Science features two main permanent exhibition areas: the Japan Pavilion and the Global Pavilion. With multiple floors, the museum is spacious and offers plenty to see and explore. (Special exhibitions change seasonally.) While it may seem geared towards children, adults will find the exhibits equally engaging and enjoyable. Weekends tend to be crowded with tourists, so visiting on a weekday allows for a more leisurely experience. The museum shop is well-stocked, making it hard to decide what to buy (haha). From the Sky Deck on the rooftop of the Global Pavilion, you can enjoy stunning views.
