It has three locations in Tokyo: Roppongi, Ginza, and Akasaka. I personally visited the Roppongi Main Branch and the Ginza location. The signature dish at Imakatsu is their chicken tenderloin katsu. Many might think that katsu made from chicken breast would be dry or lack flavor, but that's not the case here. Imakatsu's chicken katsu is incredibly moist and tender. Choo Sung-hoon once mentioned that after taking one bite, he felt like he could eat ten more, and I completely agree. The katsu is so light and flavorful that you can keep eating without feeling overwhelmed. If you're looking for a great place to eat during your Tokyo trip or specifically in Roppongi, I highly recommend Imakatsu.
