5-Day 4-Night Tokyo Trip

Day 1: Boarded the flight at 9:00 AM and arrived at Narita Airport in the afternoon. Took the Skyliner to Ueno Station, then transferred to another train to reach Ningyocho. After an 8-10 minute walk, arrived at the hotel (Minn). Later, headed to Ginza Station for some sightseeing and met a friend at a nearby izakaya for dinner. Returned to the hotel after dinner, marking the end of the first day. Day 2: Had breakfast at a local café at 11:00 AM, then took the Toei Shinjuku Line for station-hopping. Visited Meiji Shrine for a prayer, explored Harajuku and Takeshita Street in Shinjuku, and stopped by Shin-Okubo Korean Town. Ended the day with dinner at an izakaya near Kabukicho. Day 3: Woke up at 6:00 AM and had a light breakfast at the hotel. Took a bus from Shinjuku Bus Terminal to Fuji-Q Highland at Lake Kawaguchi and spent the entire day at the amusement park. On the way back, stopped by Shibuya to see the bustling scramble crossing and visited several shopping malls. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at one of the mall restaurants. Day 4: Left the hotel at noon and took the Asakusa Line to Asakusa Station. Explored the streets around Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple, and visited a nearby area reminiscent of Hong Kong's Shanghai Street to browse kitchenware. Found an excellent Japanese restaurant with incredibly fresh and affordable medium-fat tuna. In the evening, met a friend near Nihonbashi for an all-you-can-drink dinner, which was delightful. Before dinner, shopped at various malls in Nihonbashi. Day 5: Checked out of the hotel at 10:00 AM and brought luggage to Tokyo Station. Stored it in the nearest NEX locker, located two levels down from the JR South Exit. Note: The lockers near Ichiban-gai are often crowded, so finding a spot might be difficult. Since the flight was at 1:33 PM, spent some time exploring and had lunch nearby. Most restaurants opened between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and there were queues outside every place, likely due to it being Sunday. Took the NEX to the airport at 1:33 PM. After checking in, discovered that the airport restaurants were excellent. Had chicken broth ramen, a beef cutlet set, and crab tempura for lunch, which were outstanding and perfectly concluded the trip.
