I recommend eating it with the salt that comes with it rather than with soy sauce, as it gives you a better taste of the tuna! I was also intrigued by the specialty "Uo tofu", so I tried it. (I've heard of meat tofu, but I was curious as to what fish tofu is.) I was right to order this! The combination of tender, flavorful fish and tofu is the best. It makes you want to drink more! I also tried four charcoal grilled skewers, and of course they were all delicious, but personally, the "seared rare fatty tuna skewer" and "seared rare salmon skewer" were the best! The "seared rare fatty tuna skewer" was so juicy that it almost tasted like meat, like a steak! The outside was grilled to a golden brown, but the inside was plump and delicious. The "seared rare salmon skewer" was also grilled to perfection, and it was irresistibly delicious when eaten with salmon roe! Finally, we had dessert. We shared it between the two of us.
