Tokyo Shinjuku “Hormone Chiba”

This is a yakiniku restaurant in the back alleys of Shinjuku 3-jome where many Japanese office workers go for a drink after work. The restaurant is small, so about 12 people can enter. The main branch is in Kyoto, and there are branches in Osaka, Tokyo, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. I heard that reservations were not possible, but when I actually went there, it said that reservations were possible. There are also a la carte dishes, but I tried the Chiba course that costs ¥3498 per person. Unlike Japan, the staff cooks everything for you!!! It's quite filling with 5 kinds of salt-grilled dishes + 4 kinds of seasoned grilled dishes + yakisoba.
