I made a business trip and travel plan to Japan for the first time in 3 years and booked the hotel through Trip.com. It is very cheap and the breakfast is clean and good, so I definitely recommend this hotel. It is a fairly large hotel chain, so although it is a 3-star hotel, the level of service from the staff is very high, and the Shinjuku Gracery Godzilla Hotel, which is not accepting reservations yet, is the same hotel, so you can trust it. The temperature control in the guest room is new and easy to use, and if you don't know how to use it, you can ask the staff and they will come to your room and explain how to use it. Of course, they also speak English.
