Qilu Lake, known as "Haihe" in the Tang Dynasty and later as "Tonghu", is located in Tonghai County, Yunnan Province. It is named after Qilu Mountain (also known as Xiushan). It is 1.5 kilometers south of Tonghai County, and is also known as Tonghai. It belongs to the Nanpanjiang River system. In July 2024, I came to Yuxi for summer vacation. One day I wandered to Tonghai County. The small county town is very treasured, with a large Confucian temple, a beautiful Xiushan Park, and many delicious foods on the slate road of the Confucian Temple Street. The lake water is a bit green and is still being treated. I hope it will be better in the future!
