[Yamaguchi] A Japanese restaurant with a great atmosphere close to Ube Airport

I enjoyed seasonal ingredients at this high-end Japanese restaurant near Yamaguchi Ube Airport✨ ⁡ The first thing you see when you enter the restaurant is a single 8-meter-long ginkgo slab🪵 ⁡ Watching the knife work through that slab is like art🔪 ⁡ You can enjoy seasonal matsutake mushrooms, kuruma prawns, the restaurant's namesake Meitoku beef, caviar, and more in a performance that is a treat for the eyes💕 ⁡ My personal favorite was the clanging sound of the chef's geta sandals🎵 ⁡ It really matches the atmosphere of the restaurant, so I hope you'll hear it for yourself! ⁡ The atmosphere of the restaurant was so good that I was nervous at first, but the head chef Hayashi's dad jokes (lol) made me completely real at the end😂 ⁡ I couldn't finish the rice I was given at the end, so I asked them to make me some onigiri to take home🍙 ⁡ I'm really grateful for this kind of thoughtfulness🥹🥹 ⁡ It's close to the airport and Ube-Shinkawa Station, so it's easy to get to, and I would seriously recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience that's different from the usual when traveling💍 #Gourmet #YamaguchiTrip #YamaguchiTourism
