Uluwatu

When people think of Uluwatu, they often picture beaches or cliffside views, but for me, the best part was simply walking through the streets. There might not be any major attractions, but that’s exactly what makes it so relaxing and gives you a sense of the local vibe. On both sides of the road, you’ll find surf shops, charming local stores, and cozy cafes. In between, there are dusty alleyways, barefoot wanderers, and travelers zipping by on motorbikes 🛵🌿. It all blends together so naturally. I stopped by a small roadside shop to browse some T-shirts, grabbed an iced latte from % Arabica when the heat got to me, and kept walking. Without any specific destination in mind, I just let my feet guide me, and those moments stayed with me the longest. The intense sunlight, the gentle breeze, and even the dust on my feet felt romantic in their own way. This is a different side of Uluwatu, away from the crowded beaches.
