The owner is from Heilongjiang - truly masters authentic smoking and marinating techniques🤏🏼 Soy-braised beef, pig tails, trotters, ears... all packed with flavor The beef has rich soy sauce aroma, while pig tails and ears are delightfully chewy and tender Each visit makes me love smoked meats even more haha!! Personally obsessed with their sauerkraut dumplings!! Handmade with generous fillings🤤 The refreshing tang of sauerkraut makes them absolutely delicious!! Also try their fermented vinegar hotpot - available in vinegar broth, Sichuan pepper, tomato, or spicy base.
