One of the best stadiums in the country, always a treat coming here, the closeness to the pitch creates a great atmosphere

my first visit to the City Ground to watch the match against Crystal Palace. Having lived in Nottingham for over 10 years it was about time. The match was at night, and the stadium was lit up. Lovely traditional premier league stadium which there are not many of any more situated right next to the river Trent and located just a stone’s throw away from their rivals notts county stadium plus Trent bridge cricket ground. Many Bars and restaurants surround the venue so plenty of options pre kick off and they also have a fan zone area with music #nottingham #thegroundcity
