Spicy enough to remember...Yam La Yi, Wualai Road

Stayed near Thipnet, walked past Yam La Yi shop on Wualai Road. Sign said 20 baht per salad. Interesting. Let's go and check it out. There really is a 20 baht per salad menu. But some are 50, 60 baht. Ordered French fries, salted egg salad, oyster salad, Chinese kale stem salad, crispy morning glory salad, 20 baht per plate. It came in a tiny size, like a 15 baht bowl of boat noodles that you have to order several bowls to be full. But it's good. You get to eat many dishes. Order one and the plate will fill up the table. It's perfect for eating as a snack. 20 baht per salad in Thailand. You get meat and skin. It's also cheaper than an izakaya (bar) in Japan. Thai food is not inferior to any country in the world.
