You must stay at this affordable hotel when you visit Xiamen

Review of Courtyard by Marriott Xiamen 1. Booking and upgrade This was my second stay at Courtyard by Marriott Xiamen. I booked both stays with points, which cost only 9,000 points per night, making it a great value. I was also able to upgrade my room both times by contacting the hotel. I was upgraded to an executive suite and given a cake on my first stay, and upgraded to an executive sea view room on my second stay. Both stays were excellent. 2. Decor The hotel's decor is comparable to that of the Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan. The extensive use of wood paneling creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The independent bathroom is ingeniously designed and well laid out, enhancing the overall comfort and providing guests with a better living experience. 3. Amenities and facilities 1. Bedding and toiletries: The hotel provides a pleasant-smelling lotion and sandalwood, which are smooth to apply and leave a lasting impression. The quilt is a little hard, but the other bedding is of high quality and ensures a comfortable sleep. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is changed regularly, so guests can rest assured. 2. Lounge and breakfast: The breakfast is varied and includes a wide range of food. The special snacks are particularly eye-catching, such as roasted sweet potatoes, tofu pudding, cheese baguette sandwiches, beef congee, and salt-baked quail eggs. They are delicious and of high quality. The lounge is relatively popular and crowded, and the food options are relatively limited, but they are sufficient to meet basic dietary needs. 4. Room type and layout The executive sea view room has a wide view and a well-designed layout that makes full use of the space. It provides a comfortable rest area and a work area for business travelers. Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the room, adding a romantic and relaxing atmosphere to their stay. 5. Surroundings and transportation The hotel is located in the suburbs of Xiamen Island, where there are relatively few supporting facilities and the environment is relatively quiet, making it suitable for vacation or relaxation. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the airport.
