I bought a package that includes the rail and boat experience. I took the rail from Hakata to Yanagawa, where I needed to change trains. When I arrived at Yanagawa Station, I could take a shuttle bus to the boarding point. There were more than ten people on the boat. The boatman introduced the surrounding scenery in Japanese along the way and also sang songs. Before we knew it, the one-hour journey was over.
