Located in southern China’s Guangxi Province, Yangshuo is a dreamy town surrounded by towering karst mountains, winding rivers, and endless rice fields. The scenery here feels like stepping into a Chinese painting. During my visit, I took a ride on a traditional bamboo boat just me, a friend, and a local rower. The rower gently steers us through the river using pure strength, which makes the whole experience feel even more authentic. As we floated along, we were surrounded by lush greenery and dramatic cliffs rising all around us.
