The pollack roe baguette left a strong impression, so today I ordered the fig bagel I tried before, along with the spicy pollack salt and what seemed like a sweet choux brioche. The fig bagel tastes much better when lightly toasted in a Balmuda toaster! Eating it warm enhances its chewy texture and nutty flavor. 😊 The spicy pollack salt is similar to the pollack roe baguette but without the pollack roe inside, and it has a spicier kick. Its salty yet clean taste is quite memorable. 🧂 If you love bakeries and are traveling in Yeosu, I highly recommend stopping by Pita Bakers at least once.
