The main points were that the tickets were expensive and not worth the price, it was too commercialized, and there were too many people. Even the driver on the way there said that Hongcun and Xidi were similar, and you only needed to visit one. But how can a Chinese person escape the "I'm already here" rule? Luckily, I went, and the scenery in Hongcun is really beautiful! I recommend Hongcun because this is what Huizhou looks like in my dreams. The blue bricks, black tiles, and horse-head walls are typical Huizhou architecture. The Huizhou merchant culture and clan culture are worth learning about in this ancient village that is hundreds of years old.
