Trace∞

This shop is located about a 4 to 5-minute walk from Yufuin Station, situated on Yufuin's main street, Yufumi-dori, which is easily visible. The exterior of the shop features a charming yellow and red design. Inside, there is a counter and seating area, decorated with cow sculptures and other ornaments. The owner of the shop comes from a ranch and uses ingredients from their own farm to make soft-serve ice cream and puddings, among other desserts. Feeling a bit peckish, I decided to try their milk ice cream. It had a refreshing taste and a rich, creamy flavor. Even the cone at the bottom was surprisingly delicious.
